GAZA, January 25, 2026 (WAFA) – A Palestinian was killed and several others were injured on Sunday after Israeli occupation forces opened fire east of Gaza City, according to medical sources.

Source at the Al-Ahli Baptist Hospital in Gaza City reported that one citizen was pronounced dead and others sustained various injuries in Israeli gunfire in the Al-Tuffah neighborhood, northeast of the city.

Since the ceasefire came into effect on October 11 last year, more than 1,820 Palestinians have been killed or injured as a result of over 1,300 violations of the agreement carried out by the Israeli occupation forces.
