JERUSALEM, January 22, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces raided the Bedouin community of Khan al-Ahmar, southeast of occupied Jerusalem, on Thursday.
The Jerusalem Governorate said in a statement that the occupation forces stormed the school in Khan al-Ahmar and photographed classrooms, playgrounds, and sanitary facilities.
This raid coincides with the establishment of a new colonial outpost by colonists near Khan al-Ahmar yesterday.
This brings the total number of colonial outposts established in the vicinity of the Jerusalem Governorate to more than 21, most of which are concentrated in the area stretching from the village of Mikhmas to the town of al-Eizariya.
