JERUSALEM, January 21, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli colonists established on Wednesday established a new settlement outpost in the Bedouin community of Khan al-Ahmar, east of occupied Jerusalem.
The Jerusalem Governorate said that dozens of colonists began constructing the new outpost in Khan al-Ahmar, approximately 60 meters from the community's school.
The plan poses a direct threat to Palestinian residential areas and children's right to education, and is part of a colonial policy aimed at seizing land and displacing residents. A new colonial outpost in the Bedouin community of Khan al-Ahmar, east of occupied Jerusalem.
