SALFIT, January 21, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces demolished on Wednesday a Palestinian house under construction in the town of Kafr ad-Dik, west of Salfit.
Local sources told WAFA that Israeli troops, accompanied by military bulldozers, stormed the town and proceeded to the Sha'ab area, where they began demolishing a house under construction belonging to Sami Samir Naji.
According to a report by the Wall and Settlement Resistance Commission, Israeli authorities carried out a total of 538 demolitions last year, destroying 1,400 structures, including 304 inhabited homes and 74 uninhabited homes, in addition to 270 economic facilities and 490 agricultural facilities.
These demolitions were concentrated in the governorates of Hebron, Jerusalem, Ramallah, Tubas, and Nablus.
