RAMALLAH, January 21, 2026 (WAFA) – The Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD) said that partly cloudy to cloudy skies for Wednesday, with cold to very cold temperatures, especially in the mountainous areas. Winds will be southeasterly to easterly, brisk with occasional strong gusts. Sea waves will be low.
During the evening and night, the weather will be partly cloudy to cloudy and cold to very cold. Winds will be easterly to southeasterly, moderate to brisk. Sea waves will be low.
Thursday's weather will be partly cloudy to cloudy with a rise in temperatures, remaining cold, especially in the mountainous areas. Winds will be southeasterly to easterly, light to moderate. Sea waves will be low.
Friday's weather will be partly cloudy with a rise in temperatures, remaining relatively cold, especially in the mountainous areas. There is a chance of light, scattered showers in some areas. Winds will be southeasterly to southwesterly, moderate, occasionally becoming brisk. Sea waves will be low to moderate.
On Saturday, partly cloudy skies are expected with a drop in temperatures. Light rain is possible in some areas. Winds will be moderate, occasionally becoming brisk, from the southwest to northwest. The sea will be slight to moderate.
The PMD warned citizens and farmers of the risk of frost formation in large parts of the country and the danger of slippery roads during the night and morning hours of Wednesday.
