GAZA, January 19, 2026 (WAFA) – The death toll from the Israeli ongoing aggression has risen to 71,550 Palestinians, with 171,365 reported wounded, since the beginning of the offensive on October 7, 2023, according to medical sources.

They affirmed that one new fatality was received at Gaza hospitals over the past 24 hours, along with 12 new injuries. A number of victims remain trapped under rubble or lying in the streets, as ambulance and civil defense crews are still unable to reach them due to the massive destruction and the absence of supplies.

Since the ceasefire came into effect on October 11, the number of fatalities has increased to 465, with 1,287 injuries, while 713 bodies have been recovered from beneath the rubble.
