GAZA, January 19, 2026 (WAFA) – A Palestinian child was killed on Monday by Israeli forces in the southern Gaza Strip, according to WAFA correspondent.

He said that17-year-old Hussein Abu Sabla succumbed to his wounds after being shot by Israeli forces near the Al-Tahliya area, east of Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip.

In a separate incident, several Palestinians were injured when an Israeli drone struck  a group of civilians near the western roundabout in Beit Lahia, in the northern Gaza Strip.

The Israeli occupation forces continue to violate the ceasefire agreement, which came into effect on October 11th. The death toll has risen to 464, and the total number of injuries has exceeded 1,269.
