JERUSALEM, January 18, 2025 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Qatanna, northwest of occupied Jerusalem, on Sunday evening.
Local sources told WAFA that the occupation forces stormed the town and set up a military checkpoint at its entrance, stopping and searching vehicles and checking the IDs of Palestinian residents, causing traffic disruptions.
The same sources added that occupation soldiers deployed around the town's entrance, but no arrests were reported.
This raid comes as part of the restrictive policies pursued by the occupation forces against towns and villages in the Jerusalem Governorate, through military checkpoints and repeated incursions.
