RAMALLAH, January 16, 2026 (WAFA) – Colonists, under the protection of Israeli occupation forces, attacked on Friday evening Palestinian residents in the village of Kafr Ni‘ma, west of Ramallah, according to local sources.
Sources said that a number of armed colonists assaulted families who were spending time in Hamad Park, north of Kafr Ni‘ma village, and forced them to leave the area.
The sources added that Israeli occupation forces fired tear gas at citizens to provide protection for the colonists and briefly detained several residents.
