RAMALLAH, January 16, 2026 (WAFA) — Israeli occupation forces detained three Palestinian children at dawn on Friday from the village of Kafr Malik, east of Ramallah.

Local sources said the forces detained Adam Mohammed Husni, Aziz Shadi Hussam, and Muath Naim Mashhour after raiding and searching their family homes.

The occupation forces had stormed the village the previous night, forced commercial shops to close, sealed off the village entrances, and obstructed residents from entering or leaving.

The sources added that the forces bulldozed the village’s newly constructed road linking Kafr Malik with the nearby town of Al-Mazra’a al-Sharqiya, causing extensive damage to infrastructure.
