BETHLEHEM, January 14, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces began demolishing a house under construction in the town of Dar Salah, east of Bethlehem, on Wednesday.
Local sources told WAFA that Israeli bulldozers began demolishing a house in the Al-Buq’a area, near the Murad Tourist Resort. The house, which consisted of a basement and pillars, covered an area of 200 square meters and belonged to Mohammad Abu Teir.
The sources indicated that an Israeli army force consisting of three military jeeps and two bulldozers stormed Dar Salah and positioned themselves in the Al-Buq’a area of Wadi al-Hummus, sealing it off and preventing residents from accessing the area.
