JENIN, January 14, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces demolished a house in the town of Qabatiya, south of Jenin, on Wednesday.

Local sources reported that the occupation forces detonated the house of detainee Ahmad Abu al-Rub in Qabatiya after rigging it with explosives.

The sources indicated that the occupation forces forced several families to evacuate their homes in the vicinity of the targeted house.

Last night, occupation forces stormed the town of Qabatiya with several military vehicles, accompanied by vehicles carrying engineering and explosive materials.

They rigged the house of the family of detainee Ahmad Abu al-Rub, whose house had been slated for demolition this month, with explosives.

They also raided a number of other houses in the town and launched a campaign of detention and interrogation targeting a large number of residents.
