RAMALLAH, January 12, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces erected two military checkpoints this morning in the villages of Yabrud and Turmus Ayya, northeast of Ramallah.
Local sources reported that the occupation forces set up the checkpoints at the entrances to Yabrud and Turmus Ayya, stopping Palestinian vehicles and checking their identity cards, causing severe traffic congestion.
