BETHLEHEM, January 7, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces on Wednesday demolished a retaining wall in the city of Beit Jala, west of Bethlehem, according to local sources.
Sources told WAFA correspondent that Israeli forces stormed the Bir 'Awna area, northeast of the city, and demolished a retaining wall built by the Beit Jala Municipality, extending 50 meters, to protect the land.
