HEBRON, January 7, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces on Wednesday detained several Palestinian citizens for hours and assaulted them before seizing a truck and an excavator in the town of Adh Dhahiriya, south of Hebron, according to local sources.
Sources told WAFA that Israeli forces stormed the Wadi al-Nar area in Adh Dhahiriya, where they detained several citizens, farmers, and orchard owners while they were working on rehabilitating privately owned water springs.
The forces bound their hands, assaulted them, and forced them to sit on the ground for long hours before seizing a truck and an excavator.
