NABLUS, January 7, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli colonists forced on Wednesday Palestinian farmers to leave their land in the village of Asira al-Qibliya, south of Nablus.
The head of the Asira al-Qibliya village council, Hafez Saleh, said that dozens of colonists attacked the farmers south of the village, forcing them from their land while they were working on it.
He added that the armed colonists opened gunfire to intimidate the farmers and expel them, and confiscated agricultural equipment used for spraying chemical pesticides.
