RAMALLAH, January 6, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli colonists stormed the Bedouin community of Shalal al-Auja, north of the city of Jericho, on Tuesday, according to loal sources.
The Al-Baydar human rights organization said that a group of Israeli colonists attacked the community and deliberately emptied the residents' water tanks.
It also emphasized that colonists also assaulted and provoked solidarity activists present at the scene, attempting to impose a forced reality on the residents and further disrupt their daily lives.
Al-Baydar highlighted that these attacks are part of a systematic policy targeting Bedouin communities, aimed at depriving residents of basic necessities and forcing them into displacement.
