RAMALLAH, January 5, 2026 (WAFA) – Palestinian man Naji Suleiman Ibrahim Qudaih succumbed to his injuries sustained in a previous Israeli airstrike that targeted the Al-Mawasi area west of Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip.

In a related incident, a 14-year-old boy sustained moderate injuries after being targeted by a quadcopter drone near the Bani Suheila roundabout east of Khan Younis this afternoon.

Israeli warplanes also launched several airstrikes in the vicinity of the Indonesian Hospital in northern Gaza, causing widespread fear and panic among civilians and medical personnel.
