JERUSALEM, January 5, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli colonists vandalized an Islamic cemetery in occupied Jerusalem, on Monday, smashing and destroying several Islamic gravestones.
According to local sources, dozens of Israeli colonists stormed an Islamic cemetery, located in the vicinity of Jerusalem’s Old City, where they smashed headstones of multiple Islamic graves and caused extensive damage to others.
In 2025, Israeli colonists vandalized several gravestones at the Bab al-Rahma Cemetery, adjacent to the eastern wall of Al-Aqsa Mosque, on two separate occasions.
