JENIN, January 4, 2026 (WAFA) – A Palestinian teenager was injured by Israeli occupation forces’ gunfire on Sunday evening in the town of Ya‘bad, in Jenin governorate, according to local sources.
Sources said a 17-year-old child was struck by live ammunition in the thigh after Israeli soldiers opened fire at him while he was standing in front of his family’s home in Ya‘bad. He was subsequently transferred to hospital for treatment.
