JERUSALEM, January 4, 2026 (WAFA) – A Palestinian was injured by Israeli occupation forces' gunfire this afternoon in the town of Al-Ram, northeast of Jerusalem.

Local sources told WAFA that the man was shot near the Israeli segregation wall in Al-Ram and was transferred to hospital for treatment. Of note, two other Palestinians were injured by Israeli gunfire in the same area yesterday evening.

Incidents of shootings near the wall and in towns surrounding Jerusalem have been frequent, as Israeli occupation forces continue to use live fire on Palestinians who try to cross the barrier.
