NABLUS, January 4, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces assaulted a young Palestinian man early Sunday morning during a raid on the town of Beit Iba, west of Nablus, according to local sources.

The sources reported that the forces stormed the town and raided the home of the young man Ra'fat Aqel. They physically attacked him, resulting in bruises, and he was subsequently transferred to the hospital for treatment.

In another incident, Israeli forces also stormed Balata refugee camp, east of Nablus, where they raided and searched several homes. No detentions were reported during the incursion.
