JERUSALEM, January 3, 2026 (WAFA) – Two Palestinians were injured by gunfire from Israeli occupation forces on Saturday evening in the town of al-Ram, northeast of occupied Jerusalem.
Palestinian security sources told WAFA that the two individuals were shot near the segregation wall in al-Ram and were transferred to hospital for treatment.
Israeli occupation forces have escalated their shooting attacks targeting Palestinian workers from the West Bank who attempt to cross the Israeli segregation barrier in search of work within Israel, amid skyrocketing unemployment rates in the occupied territory since October 2023.
