HEBRON, January 3, 2026 (WAFA) – Armed Israeli colonists attacked the homes of local Palestinian citizens and attempted to steal sheep in the Masafer Yatta region, south of Hebron, on Saturday, according to local sources.

Activist Osama Makhamreh reported that a group of armed colonists attacked the home of Khaled al-Na'ameen in Khirbet Qawabis, a hamlet in Masafer Yatta. They raided the sheep pen and tried to steal the livestock, but local residents confronted them and successfully prevented the theft.
