RAMALLAH, December 30, 2025 (WAFA) – A Palestinian man was wounded by Israeli forces on Tuesday, while six others were detained during military raids on al-Amari refugee camp south of Ramallah, the village of al-Mazra'a al-Gharbiya to the north, and the Umm al-Sharayet neighborhood in al-Bireh.
Security sources told WAFA correspondent that Israeli forces stormed al-Amari camp, triggering confrontations during which a young man was shot with live ammunition and transferred to the Palestine Medical Complex. Soldiers also detained two young men, Nael Abu Kweik and Majd Abu Rahma, after raiding and searching their homes.
Meanwhile, three Palestinian were also detained following a raid on their homes in al-Mazra'a al-Gharbiya. A military raid was conducted in the Umm al-Sharayet neighborhood of al-Bireh, which resulted in the detention of a young Palestinian.
