NABLUS, December 28, 2025 (WAFA) – Israeli colonists set fire to a vehicle belonging to a local Palestinian resident after midnight in the town of Huwara, south of Nablus, according to Palestinian security sources.
The sources reported that a group of colonists attacked the Bir Quza area in the town, burned the vehicle, and scrawled racist graffiti on the walls of the owner's home. They also attempted to torch a second vehicle belonging to the victim's brother, but local residents intervened and prevented further damage.
The attack comes amid a surge of assaults by Israeli colonists on Palestinian towns and villages in the West Bank, often targeting property and agricultural lands.
These assaults are part of a systematic campaign to intimidate Palestinian residents and expand colonial presence, particularly in towns near major settlement outposts.
