Israeli colonists set fire to heavy machinery in Bethlehem-area town

BETHLEHEM, December 25, 2025 (WAFA) – Israeli colonists set fire to a bulldozer in a quarry in the town of Beit Fajjar, south of Bethlehem.

According to local sources, a group of colonists stormed the Khallat Hajji quarry area east of the town and set fire to a bulldozer belonging to the Tawil family, causing significant damage to the equipment.

The town of Beit Fajjar and its surroundings, particularly the eastern areas near the quarries and agricultural lands, have been subjected to repeated by colonists, including the burning of property, vandalism of equipment, and  assaults on workers and farmers, reflecting an escalating pattern of violations against Palestinian citizens and their livelihoods, all under the protection of Israeli occupation forces.
