JENIN, December 20, 2025 (WAFA) — A young Palestinian man was killed by Israeli occupation forces on Saturday evening during a raid on the town of Silat Al-Harithiya, west of Jenin, in the northern occupied West Bank.
WAFA correspondent reported that Ahmad Saed Shahada Zeyoud, 22, was fatally shot in the chest with live ammunition when Israeli forces stormed the town.
The Palestinian Red Crescent Society said its medical teams responded to a critical gunshot wound to the chest, performed cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and transferred the injured man to hospital, where he was later pronounced dead due to the severity of his injuries.
Israeli forces had raided Silat Al-Harithiya earlier in the evening and opened live fire toward residents, amid ongoing military incursions across the Jenin governorate that have resulted in fatalities, injuries, and widespread fear among civilians.
