TULKARM, December 20, 2025 (WAFA) — A Palestinian youth was shot by Israeli occupation forces on Saturday near Nour Shams refugee camp, east of Tulkarm city in the northern West Bank.
Local sources told WAFA that Israeli forces stationed inside and around the camp fired live bullets at the young man near the camp’s western entrance, injuring him in both legs. He was transferred to Thabet Thabet Governmental Hospital in Tulkarm for treatment.
Israeli forces continue their assault on the camp for the 315th consecutive day, maintaining a tight siege. The occupation has caused widespread destruction of infrastructure and private property, including homes, shops, and other facilities, while sealing the camp’s entrances with dirt barriers and iron gates.
