RAMALLAH, December 20, 2025 (WAFA) — Israeli colonists attacked Palestinian vehicles on Saturday under the protection of Israeli occupation forces near the village of Ein Yabrud, east of Ramallah in the central occupied West Bank, according to local sources.
The sources said a group of colonists, accompanied by Israeli soldiers, assaulted vehicles traveling along the village’s main road and forced several drivers to stop. No injuries or material damage were reported.
The attack comes amid a continued rise in violence carried out by Israeli forces and colonists across the West Bank. According to the Wall and Settlement Resistance Commission, Israeli occupation forces and colonists carried out a total of 2,144 attacks in November alone.
The commission said Israeli forces were responsible for 1,523 attacks, while colonists carried out 621. The highest number of incidents was recorded in the governorates of Ramallah and Al-Bireh with 360 attacks, followed by Hebron with 348, Bethlehem with 342, and Nablus with 334.
