RAMALLAH, December 15, 2025 (WAFA) – Israeli colonists on Monday evening torched olive trees in Burqa village, east of the occupied West Bank city of Ramallah, according to local sources.
They said that colonists descended upon al-Hadab area in Western Burqa, and set several olive trees on fire.
They added that although it was raining, the olive trees caught fire, indicating that the arsonists used highly inflammable materials and the fire could have reached nearby houses.
According to the statistics of the Wall and Colonization Resistance Commission, Israeli occupation forces and colonists committed 2,144 attacks against Palestinian civilians and their properties in November 2025. The occupation forces committed 1,523 attacks, and colonists committed 621 others.
The attacks were distributed as follows: 360 attacks in Ramallah and al-Bireh governorate, 348 attacks in Hebron governorate, 342 attacks in Bethlehem governorate, and 334 attacks in Nablus governorate.
