BETHLEHEM, December 14, 2025 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces on Sunday evening set up a military checkpoint west of Bethlehem, raided towns and villages northeast of Ramallah, and carried out a separate raid in the city of Al-Bireh.

WAFA correspondent said Israeli forces erected a checkpoint west of Bethlehem, stopped and searched vehicles, and checked citizens’ IDs, causing a traffic jam.

Meanwhile, Israeli forces raided the town of Turmus Ayya and the village of Kafr Malik, northeast of Ramallah, deploying in several areas, with no detentions reported.

Israeli forces also raided the city of Al-Bireh on Sunday evening, firing live ammunition and tear gas canisters; however, no injuries or detentions were reported.
