GAZA, December 11, 2025 (WAFA) – Medical sources announced today that the death toll in the Gaza Strip has risen to 70,373, the majority of whom are children and women, since the start of the Israeli offensive on October 7, 2023.
The same sources explained that the number of injuries has risen to 171,079 since the start of the offensive, while a number of victims remain trapped under the rubble, inaccessible to ambulance and rescue teams.
They indicated that four slain people and ten wounded individuals were taken to Gaza Strip hospitals in the past 24 hours.
The total number of fatalities and wounded since the ceasefire agreement on October 11, 2023, has reached 383, while 1,002 others were wounded and 627 bodies were recovered.
