Israeli forces detain 43 Palestinians from the West Bank

Ramallah, December 10, 2025 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces detained approximately 43 Palestinians and detained dozens more in several governorates early Wednesday morning.

In Nablus, occupation forces detained 17 Palestinians from the Nablus refugee camp, the Old City, and Balata al-Balad, while detaining a number of others for field interrogation.

In Jericho, occupation forces detained 13 Palestinians from the city and Aqbat Jabr refugee camp after raiding and searching their homes, and converting several other houses into military outposts.

In Hebron, the Israeli army detained seven Palestinians from the town of Beit Ummar after storming and searching their homes and ransacking their contents amidst cold and rainy weather.

The occupation forces also detained two released prisoners from the towns of Arraba and Bir al-Basha in the Jenin governorate, two young men from Qalqilya, a Palestinian from Tulkarm, and a young man from the town of Tuqu' south of Bethlehem.

In the city of Salfit, Israeli occupation forces detained dozens of young men during a raid, subjecting them to on-site interrogations and severe beatings.

Finally, in the town of Abu Dis, east of Jerusalem, the Israeli army conducted extensive raids, detaining approximately 20 young men. They were subjected to on-site interrogations at the Abu Dis Club, which had been converted into a makeshift interrogation center. The young men were interrogated, abused, and beaten before being released later.
