Colonists attack Palestinian citizens’ vehicles northeast of occupied Jerusalem, gather near Bethlehem amid fears of further assaults

JERUSALEM, December 7, 2025 (WAFA) – Colonists on Sunday evening attacked Palestinian citizens’ vehicles near the town of Mukhmas, northeast of occupied Jerusalem.

The Jerusalem Governorate said in a brief statement that a group of colonists attacked vehicles on the main road near Mukhmas, with no injuries or material damage reported.

Meanwhile, colonists gathered on Sunday evening near the village of al-Minya, southeast of Bethlehem. Security sources told WAFA that several colonists gathered near the al-Minya roundabout, prompting concerns over possible assaults on passing vehicles.

According to the Wall and Colonization Resistance Commission, Israeli forces and colonists carried out 2,144 attacks in November, including 1,523 by the occupation army and 621 by colonists. The attacks were largely concentrated in the governorates of Ramallah and al-Bireh (360), Hebron (348), Bethlehem (342), and Nablus (334).
