JERICHO, December 4, 2025 (WAFA) – Three Palestinians from the town of Qarawat Bani Hassan, west of Salfit, were injured on Saturday after being severely assaulted by Israeli forces near Jericho.

According to local sources, Israeli troops stopped Muhammad Imad Rayyan and brothers Mahmoud and Harb Rayyan as they were passing through a military checkpoint near the Ma'ale Efraim settlement, built on land belonging to the town of Jiftlik, north of Jericho.

The three men were brutally beaten and later were transferred to Darwish Nazzal Hospital in Qalqilya, where their injuries were described as moderate.
