HEBRON, December 1, 2025 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation authorities on Monday issued demolition notices against Khallat Umayra School east of Yatta, south of Hebron, according to a local activist.
Anti-colonization activist Osama Makhamreh told WAFA that the school, slated for demolition, consists of eight caravans and serves 54 students from kindergarten through the fourth grade. He noted that this is the second notice, following a stop-work order delivered to the school last year.
The occupation authorities also handed a stop-work order for a 180-square-meter house belonging to a local resident in the Arfa’iya area east of Yatta. The house shelters six family members. In addition, another resident received a demolition notice for his 170-square-meter house.
