Colonists uproot around 850 olive and grape trees south of Hebron

HEBRON, December 1, 2025 (WAFA) – Israeli colonists uprooted on Monday around 850 olive and grape trees belonging to a Palestinian family southeast of Yatta, south of Hebron, according to a local activist.

Anti-colonization activist Osama Makhamreh told WAFA that armed colonists from the Susiya colony, illegally established on citizens’ lands south of Hebron, stormed the lands of Khirbet Khallat al-Hummus southeast of Yatta under the protection of the occupation army.

The colonists uprooted around 850 olive and grape trees, destroyed the contents of an agricultural room, and vandalized barbed-wire fences.
