RAMALLAH, December 1, 2025 (WAFA) – The Palestinian Presidency condemned the terrorist attacks carried out by colonists on Sunday against four international solidarity activists in the Ein al-Duyuk area of Jericho.
The colonists assaulted the activists, injuring three Italians and one Canadian, stealing their personal belongings, passports and mobile phones.
The Presidency warned of the gravity of these terrorist acts, which violate international law, holding the Israeli government fully responsible for the serious repercussions of colonist attacks against both Palestinians and international activists.
It also emphasized that the attempts by the occupying authorities, including colonist terrorism, forced displacement, deliberate killing, tree uprooting, and crop burning must not go unpunished.
The Presidency affirmed, "Such actions not only constitute a flagrant violation of international law but also threaten the values of justice upon which the foundations of the international system and other fundamental norms and rights are based."
The Presidency reiterated its call to the international community to hold these criminal killers accountable and impose sanctions on them and on the occupying authorities that provide them with support and protection.
It also called for the urgent need to provide protection for Palestinians and work toward ending the occupation and realizing the independence of the State of Palestine with East Jerusalem as its capital, within the 1967 borders.
