JENIN, November 28, 2025 (WAFA) – Israeli forces on Friday evening detained several young Palestinian men in the town of Ya'bad, southwest of Jenin, according to local sources.

Sources said Israeli forces held several young men near the schools' roundabout in Ya'bad and severely beat one of them.

Later, sources in the town said the occupation army raided the home of a former detainee, ransacked the house and damaged its contents before detaining him.

In a related development, Israeli colonists carried out bulldozing works on Palestinian citizens’ lands in the town, while occupation forces have continued to seize several homes and turn them into military outposts after forcing residents to leave several days ago.

Mayor of Ya'bad Amjad Atatra said colonists have escalated their assaults on citizens’ lands as the occupation continues taking over several homes in the town.
