QALQILYA, November 24, 2025 (WAFA) – Two Palestinian women were injured and two brothers were detained on Monday in Israeli military incursion of the village of Kafr Qaddum, east of Qalqilya.
According to local sources, Israeli forces stormed the Juma'a family home in the northern part of the village, assaulting Fadwa Juma'a and her daughter-in-law, Sireen Juma'a, before arresting the two brothers, Qusay Juma'a and Rif'at Juma'a.
The assault resulted in the women sustaining bruises and injuries of varying severity. They were later transferred to the hospital for treatment, and their condition was described as moderate.
The raid on the home coincided with an incursion by groups of colonists into the northern part of the village, under the protection of Israeli soldiers.
Sources affirmed that dozens of colonists were near Palestinian agricultural lands, and Israeli military vehicles and jeeps were deployed in the surrounding area, raising concerns among residents about potential attacks or being prevented from accessing their land.
During the raids, a number of surrounding houses, including the Jumaa family home, were raided before the occupation forces withdrew from the area.
