JENIN, November 21, 2025 (WAFA) – Israeli forces surrounded a Palestinian house in Burqin, west of Jenin, on Friday evening and detained a young man.

According to local sources, an Israeli special forces unit entered the town in a white vehicle with Palestinian license plates, surrounded a house. Using loudspeakers, the forces demand the young man inside the house surrender.

Additional Israeli military reinforcements later entered Burqin, while occupation soldiers deployed on the rooftops of nearby houses.

Later, WAFA correspondent said that Israeli soldiers detained the young man, Amin Muhammad Sahmoud, from the surrounded house before withdrawing from the town.
