RAMALLAH, November 20, 2025 (WAFA) – A Palestinian man was killed on Thursday in the town of Abasan al-Kabira, east of Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip.
According to local sources, an Israeli drone targeted the man in Abasan al-Kabira, resulting in his death. His body was transferred to Nasser Medical Complex.
On Wednesday, 33 Palestinians, including children, were killed in a series of Israeli airstrikes across the Gaza Strip.
The death toll in the Gaza Strip has risen to 69,513, the majority of whom are children and women, with 170,745 injuries, since the start of the Israeli offensive on October 7, 2023.
Since the ceasefire agreement of October 11, 2023, the number of Palestinians killed and 672 injured has reached 280.
