RAMALLAH, November 15, 2025 (WAFA) – Israeli forces detained 15 Palestinians during predawn military raids on Saturday in the West Bank governorates of Nablus, Qalqilya, Ramallah, and al-Bireh.

In Nablus, seven Palestinians were detained by Israeli forces. In Qalqilya, Israeli forces detained Mahmoud Abu Labdeh and his brother Ahmad, Tariq Shabita, Sameh Abu Ali, Muhammad Abu Halima, and Saeed Abu Salma from the Kafr Saba neighborhood of the city.

In Ramallah and al-Bireh, Israeli forces detained released former detainee Nadeem Barghouti from Beit Rima and Khalil Nabil from Abu Shkheidem.

According to prisoner-rights organizations, Israeli forces have carried out approximately 20,500 arrests in the West Bank since October 7, 2023.
