Jerusalemite youth shot and injured by Israeli forces

Jerusalem, November 9, 2025 (WAFA) – A 21-year-old Palestinian young man was shot and wounded by Israeli occupation forces on Sunday evening in the al-Barid neighborhood of al-Ram, north of occupied Jerusalem.

Local sources said that the young man was shot while attempting to cross the separation wall into the city.

The Palestinian Red Crescent Society stated that its medical teams provided first aid to the man and immediately transferred him to the hospital for treatment. The Red Crescent explained that the man sustained two gunshot wounds to the chest and shoulder, but no precise information was available regarding his condition upon arrival.

This incident comes amidst escalating Israeli violations against Palestinian citizens and workers, particularly in the vicinity of the separation wall.

According to the monthly report issued by the Wall and Settlement Resistance Commission, the commission documented more than 2,350 attacks carried out by the Israeli army and settlers in the West Bank during October alone.

Since the beginning of 2025, the Commission's statistics have recorded more than 11,280 various Israeli attacks in the West Bank, including Jerusalem.
