Colonists attack Palestinians and graze sheep on Palestinian land near Bethlehem

BETHLEHEM, November 9, 2025 (WAFA) – Israeli colonists on Sunday attacked Palestinian vehicles in the village of Al-Maniya, southeast of Bethlehem, assaulted olive pickers in Nahalīn west of the city, and grazed their sheep on Palestinian lands near the town of Beit Fajjar.

Palestinian security sources told WAFA that colonists stormed Al-Maniya, throwing stones at Palestinian vehicles and preventing them from passing, though no injuries were reported.

Meanwhile, colonists grazed their sheep on lands in Beit Fajjar after trespassing on Palestinian-owned lands, where they also uprooted and damaged several olive and grape trees belonging to a local Palestinian citizen.

In a related incident, colonists, backed by Israeli occupation forces, attacked olive pickers in the town of Nahalīn. Local sources reported that colonists assaulted a Palestinian resident and his son Ibrahim while harvesting olives in the Wadi Salem area. The two were subsequently detained by the Israeli occupation army.

The colonists confiscated the harvested olives along with the tools used during the picking process, including tents and ladders.
