RAMALLAH, November 8, 2025 (WAFA) – Two brothers from the town of Shebaa in southern Lebanon were killed on Saturday morning when an Israeli drone targeted their vehicle on the road connecting Ain Ata to Shebaa, on the western slopes of Mount Hermon.
The strike caused the vehicle to burst in flames, killing them instantly, according to the Lebanese National News Agency.
Earlier today, seven people were injured in an Israeli airstrike that targeted a vehicle in the city of Bint Jbeil in southern Lebanon.
The Lebanese National News Agency reported that an Israeli drone carried out an airstrike on Saturday morning, firing two guided missiles at a vehicle near Salah Ghandour Hospital in Bint Jbeil, in the Nabatieh Governorate.
The Lebanese Ministry of Health announced that the airstrike resulted in injuries to seven civilians.
Since the ceasefire agreement came into effect in late November 2014, Israel has committed thousands of violations, resulting in the deaths and injuries of hundreds of Lebanese citizens.
This agreement ended an Israeli offensive against Lebanon that began in October 2023 and escalated into a full-blown war in September 2024, leaving more than 4,000 dead and over 17,000 wounded. Israel continues to occupy five Lebanese hills in the south, which it seized during the last war, in addition to other Lebanese territories it has occupied for decades.
