NABLUS, November 8, 2025 (WAFA) – Several paramedics, journalists, and international solidarity activists were injured on Saturday during an attack by colonists in the town of Beita, south of Nablus.
Beita Deputy Mayor Muhammad Hamayel told WAFA that colonists attacked participants in an olive harvest event on the lands of Jabal Qamas, injuring several people, including paramedics, journalists, and international solidarity activists, who were struck by stones.
The Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) said that its crews treated multiple injuries resulting from severe beatings, including volunteer paramedics and journalists. Three of the wounded were transferred to hospital.
Press sources reported that the injured journalists were identified as, Raneen Sawafteh, Muhammad Al-Atrash, Luay Saeed, Nael Buital, and Nasser Ishtayeh. They sustained bruises and fractures and were taken to the hospital.
The sources also reported that one international solidarity activist was injured with bruises and was taken to the hospital.
