RAMALLAH, November 6, 2025 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces raided the village of al-Mughayyir, northeast of Ramallah, at dawn on Thursday, detaining several residents and closing its entrances.
Marzouq Abu Naim, deputy head of the al-Mughayyir village council, told WAFA that a large military force stormed the village from several directions this morning, deploying military vehicles accompanied by infantry.
They detained several young men, whose identities and exact number remain unknown, and occupied a residential building belonging to local resident Raed Abu Aliya after forcibly evicting his family.
He added that the occupation forces closed the western entrance to the village, preventing residents from entering or leaving.
Abu Naim noted that the ongoing raids on the village prevented students from reaching their schools and universities.
Additionally, the occupation forces distributed leaflets threatening the village's residents.
