Colonists attack village near Ramallah, burn vehicles and damage mosque

RAMALLAH, October 31, 2025 (WAFA) – Israeli colonists stormed the main entrance of the town of Deir Dibwan, east of Ramallah, on Friday, setting two vehicles on fire and vandalizing a mosque, local sources reported.

Witnesses said the colonists broke into the Al-Marah neighborhood at the town’s western entrance while residents were attending Friday prayers. They burned two cars and attempted to storm a mosque, breaking its exterior windows, although the mosque was empty as it is closed during Friday prayers.

Residents confronted the colonists in an effort to force them out, and confrontations between local youths and the attackers continued as of the time of reporting.

Following the attack, Israeli forces raided the town, forcing the Palestinian youths to withdraw and, in some cases, to extinguish the fires set by the colonists in the vehicles.
